Right of withdrawal - 7-day cooling-off period

We give you a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of your first purchase of the IPTV package. If for any reason our online TV services do not meet your expectations during this period, you have the right to request a full refund.

Conditions for reimbursement:

The refund policy only applies to new customers taking out an IPTV subscription for the first time. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. The package must remain unused and the service must not have been used during the cooling-off period. Refund requests must be submitted via the designated contact form. The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days after the request is received.

Specific cases:

Any transaction fees are not refundable. Refunds do not apply to subscriptions that have already been renewed or extended after the expiry of the 7-day period. In case of violation of our terms of use or misuse of our services, the right of withdrawal may expire.
