Terms of use for Tillit IPTV

1. Introduction and application

These Terms of Use (hereinafter ”Terms”) govern the access to and use of the IPTV Service offered via Tillit IPTV, a digital platform powered by Tillit AB, a Swedish registered company with its registered office in Sweden.
By using the website https://tillit.tv or any of our services, including but not limited to, trial account, subscriptions, streaming, content download, VOD or live channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, resellers, and affiliate partners (”Users”, ”you”, ”your”).
If you do not accept any of these terms, you should not use or access our services.

 
2. Legal basis and applicable law

Tillit IPTV is provided by Tillit AB, which is registered and operates in accordance with Swedish law (Aktiebolagslagen SFS 2005:551).
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement in accordance with Act (2002:562) on electronic commerce and other information society services, and EU Regulation 2019/1150 (Platform to Business Regulation), mutatis mutandis.

When using the Service outside Sweden, you are responsible for complying with applicable local law. Access to certain channels or content may be prohibited or restricted in certain jurisdictions. You use the Service at your own risk and responsibility.

 
3. Legal consent

By clicking ”Register”, ”Accept”, ”Buy Now” or by accessing our service in any way, you confirm that you:

  • Have read these Terms in full
  • Understand the content and consequences
  • Agrees to be legally bound

You further agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that such communication complies with all legal requirements for writing, as Act (2000:832) on qualified electronic signatures.

 
4. language of the agreement

These conditions are drawn up in Swedish. In the event of translation into other languages, the Swedish version shall prevail in case of dispute or interpretation.

 
5. structure and scope of the service

Tillit IPTV provides digital media services as described below:

  • Live TV streaming (national and international channels)
  • Video-on-Demand (VOD) with different genres and languages
  • Program guide (EPG)
  • Free trial accounts with time-limited access
  • Paid subscriptions with different maturities
  • Optional possibility to download certain content
  • Support for resellers and affiliates with their own account

The platform is available globally and works on various devices, including smart TV, mobile, tablet, desktop, and via third-party apps.

 
6. technical conditions

To use our services you need:

  • Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbit/s recommended for HD)
  • A compatible device (e.g. IPTV box, Smart TV, Android or iOS device)
  • IPTV players that support M3U or Xtream codes
 
7. types of users

Our users can be categorized as follows:

  • Private users: Persons subscribing to the service for personal use.
  • Test users: Use free trial account for a limited time.
  • Retailers: Holds reseller status with the possibility to resell to own customers.
  • Affiliate partners: Has access to affiliate links and earns commission based on conversions.
 
8. delimitation of responsibilities regarding accessibility

We strive for the highest possible availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disruptions, updates or third-party interruptions may occur. In the event of a technical breakdown, fees will not be refunded retroactively.

Tillit AB is not responsible for problems related to the user's internet provider, network, VPN, hardware or any blocking firewalls.

 
9. User account creation and management

To access all or part of our services, you must register an account with us.
You confirm that all the information you provide during registration is true, current and complete.

You are responsible for protecting your login information. All activity that takes place through your account is considered to have been carried out by you.
Tillit AB is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account if you have not protected your login information.

 
10. Account types and access levels

The following account types are available through our platform:

  • Test account: Free trial period, usually 24 hours. On a ”one per person” basis.
  • Private account: Paid subscription for single user. Non-shareable.
  • Reseller account: Includes multiple user licenses and panel access for resale.
  • Affiliate account: Created to generate commissions via recommendations.
 
11. subscription plans

Tillit IPTV offers different subscriptions based on the length and features of the service, including:

  • 1 month, 12 months, 24 months
  • Additional services (extra devices, VOD-only, etc.)
  • Special packages for retailers

Subscriptions are activated immediately after confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated. The access period starts from the activation date.

 
12. terms of payment

We accept several payment methods, including:

  • Bank or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin
  • Bank transfer

All transactions are final. All prices include VAT where required by law.

 
13. automatic renewal

Some subscriptions can, if you choose, activate automatic renewal. This means that the service will be charged automatically on the next due date.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time via your account or by contacting customer support.

 
14. refund policy

Tillit IPTV applies a strict refund policy. Refunds are only made in the following cases:

  • If you are unable to access the service despite valid payment, and our support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • If there is a technical failure on our part that makes the service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours (not due to third party failure or force majeure).
  • if a refund is required under consumer protection legislation (e.g. within the EU 7-day cooling-off period, in specific circumstances).

Refund requests must be received by email to kontakt@tillit.tv within 7 days of payment.

Please note that refunds are not given for:

  • Inability to configure the service on your device
  • Incompatibility with third-party apps or IPTV players
  • Unstable or slow internet connection
  • Errors caused by VPN, firewall or ISP blocking
 
15. fraud and abuse of refunds

We reserve the right to refuse future purchases, close accounts, and report to authorities if we suspect:

  • Payment fraud
  • False refund claims
  • Abuse of promotions or trial periods
 
16. Taxes and charges

Prices may not include taxes, customs duties or bank charges depending on your country. As a user, you are responsible for paying all applicable local taxes and fees associated with your subscription.

 
17. Price changes

We may adjust prices, packages or available features with or without notice. For active subscribers, the new price will only apply at the next renewal.
For trial accounts, access can be withdrawn without compensation in the event of a price change.

19. affiliate programs and referrals

Tillit IPTV offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions on customer referrals. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

  • You must not use misleading or illegal marketing practices.
  • You must not place affiliate links in spam, fake reviews, or on websites that violate copyright laws.
  • Commissions are paid only after the customer has made a valid payment and has not requested a refund within 7 days.

Affiliates who violate these terms risk having their commissions revoked and their account closed without prior warning.

 
20. retailers

As a Tillit IPTV reseller, you will have access to a dedicated control panel where you can create user accounts and manage customer portfolios.
To be approved as a reseller, you must

  • Accept separate retailer terms and conditions
  • Not using stolen payment card details or false identities
  • Offer proper customer support to your end users

We reserve the right to terminate the reseller's account at any time in case of breach of these terms and conditions.

 
21. intellectual property rights

All material provided by Tillit IPTV - including but not limited to video, audio, graphics, text, logos, code, database structure, API, and other content - is protected under Swedish and international law, including:

  • Copyright Act (1960:729)
  • Trademark Act (2010:1877)
  • Database protection under section 49a of the Copyright Act

All content is the property of Tillit AB or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, re-stream, sell, modify or upload any of our content without written permission.

 
22. End user license

Upon payment for a subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service during the subscription period.
This license:

  • Allows you to stream content in one (1) approved way via approved devices
  • Can be revoked in case of abuse or violation of conditions

We never sell or transfer ownership to you. All materials remain our (or licensor's) property.

 
23. downloading of content

Some parts of the content may be made available for download, where this is allowed. This does not mean that you may redistribute it or use it in any context other than as permitted by the license.
All downloads are at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to devices or loss of data resulting from downloading.

 
24. user-generated content

If you provide content to us (e.g. feedback, reviews, ratings, comments or support suggestions), you acknowledge that:

  • You own the content and that it does not infringe third party rights
  • You grant Tillit AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and modify the Content for the purpose of improving the Service
  • The content is not illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory or false

We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these rules without notice.

 
25. feedback and suggestions

By submitting suggestions, features or improvements, you agree that:

  • We can use your ideas freely without any obligation to pay compensation
  • the proposals are not confidential or secret
  • You do not get any ownership rights to implementations based on your proposal
 
26. copyright complaints

If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a message to kontakt@tillit.tv with the following:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • Proof of ownership (e.g. registration certificate or creation document)
  • A written statement that you are acting in good faith

We commit to follow applicable processes under Swedish and EU law to address infringement claims.

 
27. privacy and data protection

Tillit IPTV is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect or store personal data directly for marketing purposes, behavioral analysis or profiling. The data we process is strictly limited to what is necessary to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Processing payments via third parties
  • Provide you with technical support

We do not share data with external parties without a legal basis. Our processing follows EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

 
28. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking user behavior. However, some technical session cookies may be needed to maintain basic functionality, such as language selection or session management.

If you choose to log in via external applications or pay via third-party providers, such as PayPal, these actors may use cookies in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

 
29. VPN use and geographical access

Tillit IPTV does not block VPN or proxy services. You may use a VPN as long as it is not aimed at circumventing regional restrictions imposed by content licensors.

However, please note that access to certain content may vary depending on your IP address. Some channels are not available in all countries. Use of VPN is at your own risk.

 
30. Geographical restriction of content

Some content providers require that their content can only be made available within specific regions (so-called geoblocking). As a user, you are responsible for complying with these restrictions.

Violation of geographical license requirements may result in suspension of the service or legal action by third party providers. Tillit AB is not responsible for the consequences of such violations.

 
31. Technical limitation of access

We reserve the right to technically restrict access in the following cases:

  • Suspected account sharing
  • Excessive bandwidth use
  • Automated connections or ”IPTV Restreaming”
  • Attempts to manipulate the platform

 

In case of violation of these rules, we may:

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your account
  • Block access from your IP or device
  • Refuse further use without refund
 
32. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to deliver or access the Service due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to

  • Natural disasters, strikes, wars, riots
  • Interruption of internet infrastructure or electricity grid
  • Cyberattacks, DDoS, or technical failures of subcontractors
  • Government action, blocking or judicial decisions

In a Force Majeure situation, your subscription will not be automatically renewed, and refunds will only be made where required by Swedish consumer law.

 
33. termination of account

You have the right to close your account at any time. This is done via the customer portal or by contacting our support. Termination is not retroactive and does not imply an automatic refund.

Tillit AB has the right to immediately suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if:

  • You breach any part of these terms
  • You engage in illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity
  • We receive a request from an authority for suspension
 
34. Account activity

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be permanently closed. Subscription time will not be restored. You will be informed by email before such a decision is implemented.

 
35. International sanctions

Users residing in countries that are subject to international sanctions (for example, under the UN, EU, or US OFAC lists) may be denied access to the service.
This applies even if payment has already been made. In such cases, refunds are only made where legally permitted.

 
36. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish legislation, without regard to any choice of law principles.
If you are resident outside Sweden, mandatory consumer legislation in your country applies mutatis mutandis, in accordance with EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I).

 
37. alternative dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes by mutual agreement. If you have a complaint, you should first contact us by email: kontakt@tillit.tv and describe the case in detail.
We will get back to you within 14 days.

 
38. Arbitration (business customers)

If you represent a company (reseller, affiliate, etc.), and a dispute arises, it should be settled by final and binding arbitration according to
Rules of the Swedish Arbitration Institute, with its seat in Stockholm. The proceedings shall be conducted in Swedish, unless the parties agree otherwise.

 
39. electronic communication

By using our Service, you agree that we may send you information via email or through notifications on the Platform. These communications include:

  • Receipts and invoices
  • Contract updates
  • Support cases
  • Information on operational disruptions

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address is active and correct. We are not responsible for any failure to send you messages due to an invalid email address.

 
40. Communication obligation in case of account conflicts

If we suspect fraud, illegal activity or breach of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to:

  • Requesting identity documents
  • Freeze the account until the case is investigated
  • Contact law enforcement authorities if necessary
 
41. Consumers' rights

If you are a consumer (private individual) in the EU, you are protected under

  • Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
  • Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)

This means, among other things:

  • Right to clear information before purchase
  • Right of withdrawal for distance purchases - except for digital services started with consent
  • Protection in case of unfair contract terms

Please note: By actively choosing to start using the service immediately, you agree to waive the right of withdrawal under section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act.

 
42. Interpretation of contract terms

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to apply in full.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that is as close as possible to the purpose of the original text.

 
43. The whole agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tillit AB regarding the use of our Services. Any prior communications, whether oral or written agreements, are superseded in their entirety by this document.

 
44. assignment of rights

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to transfer the contract in whole or in part to another legal entity in the event of a business transfer, sale or merger.

 
45. Non-waiver of rights

If we do not insist that you comply with your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if we do not act on a breach of these terms and conditions, this does not mean that we waive our rights.
A waiver is only valid if it is in writing and explicit.

 
46. Privacy and confidentiality

All communications between you and Tillit IPTV, including the content of support cases, dealer information and technical data, are treated as confidential.
We undertake not to share this information with third parties without your consent, except for:

  • Arrangements where you actively requested contact with third parties
  • Protecting our legitimate interests in disputes

You agree not to disclose sensitive internal information about Tillit AB, its infrastructure, customer data or prices to unauthorized persons.

 
47. Liability for data loss

We make reasonable efforts to protect user data. But you use the Service at your own risk. Tillit AB takes no responsibility for:

  • Loss of locally saved settings or favorites
  • Accidental deletion of account data in case of misuse
  • Data corruption caused by third-party apps or unstable internet connection

We are not responsible for damage caused by misconfigurations, plug-ins, unauthorized modification of players or use of unauthorized apps.

 
48. Restrictions on technical assistance

Our support cannot:

  • Ensure compatibility with unauthorized or illegal IPTV players
  • Support settings related to VPN, routers, firewalls or operating systems

You are responsible for ensuring that your hardware is compatible and correctly set up. We recommend that you use players approved by our technical support.

 
49. validity and duration of the contract

These Terms of Use take effect when you first use any part of the Service and are valid until further notice.
They will continue to apply even after your account is closed, to the extent necessary to

  • Fulfil legal obligations
  • Managing refunds or disputes
  • Maintaining intellectual property rights

In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any other information on the website, this document shall prevail.

 
50. Validity of successors and assigns

This agreement also applies to our successors, subsidiaries, merged entities and legal heirs. Your rights are not automatically transferable.

 
51. Mandatory jurisdiction

If any part of these terms and conditions conflicts with mandatory local law in your country of residence, the mandatory law on the specific issue will apply.
The other parts of the agreement remain valid.

53. Final provisions

These Terms of Service constitute the entire legal framework between you and Tillit AB. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have understood and accepted the entire contents of this document.
